Located in the streets of the neighborhood of the very trendy El Born, you are with this situation already immersed in the atmosphere so typical of Barcelona. Narrow streets, shadows, historical monuments all around you, but also a real nightlife and the best restaurants close by. The rooms decorated with modernity are very comfortable. The stress is laid on the quality of the services and the councils like to give you the good addresses or the things to do in Barcelona the very same day. Good breakfast. Perfectly located in the old city, this hotel is very a wise choice.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Barcelona and was impressed by the quiet and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. Everything from Plaza Cataluña to the Arch of Triumph, Cathedral, and more were within walking distance. Furthermore, it was easy to find restaurants, supermarkets, and stores within a 10-minute walk or less. The size of the rooms was just right for a comfortable stay.
Located in the historic El Born section of the city, this hotel was simply perfect for our visit to Barcelona. Not only was it conveniently situated near the Gothic Quarter and la Rambla, but we were able to walk to most of the places on our itinerary within under half an hour. This included must-see attractions such as La Sagrada Familia, the Cathedral, and the Music Palau, as well as a plethora of restaurants and museums (make sure not to miss the Picasso Museum). The hotel itself was situated on a quaint, winding street with charming restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Despite being housed in a historic building, the interior was modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The lobby featured cozy seating areas and a concierge desk staffed by friendly and knowledgeable individuals who offered excellent recommendations for food and activities (including a restaurant that was already on our list). Our room was also impressive, boasting all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a luxurious bed with quality linens and a sleek bathroom that was impeccably clean. If you have high standards but don't necessarily need five-star opulence (especially if you plan on being out most of the day and evening), I highly recommend checking out this hotel. Our experience at the Musik Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional.
This hotel was a bit difficult for our taxi driver to find, but that was the only downside. The narrow streets added to the charm of the area, and they were surprisingly quiet at night with no loud bars or clubs nearby. The plumbing and electricity were in perfect working condition, and our rooms were spotlessly clean. Even though the elevators were small, they were still able to comfortably fit our family of 5 and were always in good working order - a rarity in some places. The location was ideal, with popular attractions like the Barcelona Cathedral and Las Ramblas within walking distance. Taxis were readily available and reasonably priced. The staff at the desk were friendly, helpful, and attentive, always happy to call a taxi or apologize if there was any delay. They spoke excellent English and seemed to also have a good grasp of German. The overall atmosphere was professional yet comfortable, and there were plenty of restaurants, a pharmacy, and bakery nearby. A public market was also within walking distance, offering a variety of options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
During our stay, we were impressed by the modern and well-maintained interior of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. We opted for the breakfast package and were not disappointed - the buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel's location in the old town was convenient and easily accessible to everything. However, we did notice that the area could be a bit unsafe at times. We recommend avoiding the alley behind the recycle bins where some young troublemakers tend to hang out looking for easy targets. As long as you stick to the main streets, you should have no issues.
During my stay in Barcelona, I had the pleasure of staying at a contemporary hotel located on the outskirts of the Gothic Quarter. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff were truly exceptional- a special shout out to Elvis for going above and beyond for us. Our Deluxe room exceeded our expectations with its comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches. The hotel's proximity to Urquinaona metro station also made it a convenient spot for exploring the city. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
