The staff were incrEdibly fRiendly and helpfull. The roon was very cumfortable, cleen and quiet but with od red and blak dekor. The bed was so cumfortable I should have askd what kind of matress it was. Lcation is excelent right in the middle of the places we wantd to visit and easy to reach by buss or metro.

During our recent trip, we had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel in Barcelona. From the moment we arrived at reception in the morning, the staff graciously welcomed us and even offered us a place to change if needed. Our room was impeccably clean and provided us with a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast options were top-notch, with a wide selection and constant replenishment. We must mention Marta, who made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality and diligent work clearing tables and restocking food. We highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenient location near popular sightseeing spots and dining establishments. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Room Mate Anna hotel in Barcelona and overall, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, the decor was lovely and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location was also very convenient and surprisingly quiet, despite being in a bustling city. The breakfast offered was also quite good. However, I must mention some negatives that left a sour taste in my mouth. Out of the hundreds of hotel rooms I have stayed in over the years, only two were comparable or smaller than the room I was given at the Room Mate Anna. The price I paid for my room was ridiculously high and while I was waiting to check in, I overheard a potential guest being offered a room at less than half the cost I paid. When I raised this concern to the clerk, I was told that I was stuck with the higher price and no effort was made to rectify the situation, even though the hotel was half empty. This was disappointing and not something I would expect from a good hotel. In the future, I would think twice before booking a room at Room Mate Anna and would recommend potential guests to be aware of the pricing discrepancies.

During our stay in Barcelona, my companions and I were pleasantly surprised by our choice of accommodation. Despite being unfamiliar with this hotel chain, we were thoroughly impressed. The location was unbeatable, with a Starbucks conveniently situated next door, the famous Casa Batilo just across the street, and a plethora of excellent dining options in the vicinity. Not to mention, it was within walking distance to many different parts of the city.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly warm and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We made sure to indulge in the hotel's breakfast every morning, which was expertly managed by a hardworking woman who kept everything spotless, well-stocked, and even remembered our preferences each day. There was a great variety of food to choose from, catering to everyone's tastes.

One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's rooftop pool area and bar/restaurant. After a long day of exploring, it was a much-appreciated spot to unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink. The rooms were also modern and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day.

As we had limited time in the city, we opted for a private tour from a company called 'orange donut tours.com'. Our driver Christina and guide Guillum picked us up directly from the hotel, making it very convenient. It turned out to be an incredible 8-hour tour, covering many iconic sites, including Gaudi's breathtaking architecture. Thanks to our private tour, we were able to skip the long lines and truly make the most of our time in the city.

I can confidently say that if I ever return to Barcelona, I would choose to stay at this same hotel again without hesitation.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in the heart of Barcelona. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. Everywhere you looked there were unique and stylish decorations that made us feel right at home. Plus, the rooftop pool and bar were really great, offering drinks and food to suit anyone's taste. Being so close to shops, restaurants and the metro were a huge bonus and made exploring the city easy and convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it - can't wait to come back!
