The stay at this hotel was absolutely stunning and amazing. The staff, specifically Carlota and Carlos, were incredibly friendly and deserving of praise for their exceptional customer service skills. I hope all staff members can embody the same level of hospitality as these two. We will definitely be returning in the future!

During my recent trip to Barcelona, I stayed at a hotel that unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. My experience was impacted by two main issues that made my stay quite uncomfortable. Firstly, the room I was given was incredibly hot and made it impossible to get a good night's rest. Despite requesting help from the staff, we were informed that the heater was broken and couldn't be adjusted. The alternate room options were not suitable, so we had to endure three sleepless nights in the sweltering heat. This hindered our holiday and left us feeling exhausted. Additionally, we were surprised to find that the staff was not very friendly and did not communicate with us in English. We had to rely on a Spanish-speaking friend to bridge the gap, which added to our frustration. Overall, this hotel failed to provide the basic comforts and service expected. I would recommend considering other options as a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff are crucial for a pleasant stay, and sadly, this hotel lacked in both areas. I would like to note that this review is based on my own personal experience, and others may have had different encounters. However, I felt it was important to share my perspective.

The accommodations were absolutely stunning and had a very modern feel. The price was unbeatable and the added bonus of a spa was a major plus. The free entrance granted access to top-quality amenities such as a sauna and hammam, which were both amazing. The location also proved to be convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience, and I extend my gratitude to the staff. Everything was simply perfect.

I want to express my gratitude to Josep for making our trip and stay an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was outstanding and the cleaning service from the maids was both friendly and thorough. My recent vacation was incredibly pleasant, thanks to the hotel I chose to stay at. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, with a special mention to the Manager, Joseph, who made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the sights of the city and also just a short 10-minute walk from the beach. I'm already looking forward to returning here next year.
