👍I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! 🏙️ It was right in the heart of one of the main comercial streets in Barcelona and had easy access to public transportation.🚇 The rooms were super nice and cozy, perfect for a comfortable stay. The service was also top-notch, making our experience even better! 🙌 With plenty of nearby restaurants and services, as well as popular attractions within walking distance, this hotel was the ideal choice for our stay in Barcelona. 🌟
😡 My wife and I were out for dinner when someone 😱 broke into our room at the Vincci Mae Hotel in Barcelona and stole our brand clothes, belongings, and money! 💸 The police were called, but the staff did nothing to help us. The manager simply brushed it off as a matter for the police and offered no solution or explanation as to how someone could have entered our room without breaking the door. 👎🏼 We have been loyal customers and have come to this hotel dozens of times as we used to live in the neighborhood. 🚪 How is it possible that our things were robbed and the hotel takes no responsibility? 😤 This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
During our stay in Barcelona, we were pleased with our spacious room that was free of any outside disturbances. The hotel staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests we had. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city by foot or using public transportation. We highly suggest this accommodation to other travelers.
🌟 What a gem of a boutique hotel in the heart of Barcelona! 😍 The Vincci Mae has everything a traveler could ask for - clean rooms, great location, and all the extra perks you could imagine. 🙌🏼 The restaurant on-site is top-notch and the outdoor area with a breathtaking view of the city is simply stunning. 🍽️ From start to finish, my stay at the Vincci Mae was a dream. 🌇 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona! 🇪🇸
This accommodation is in an ideal spot. All public transport options are nearby and we used a Metro/Bus pass which was good value and user-friendly. The Reception was nicely furnished and welcoming. The room was comfy and had everything we required - no windows but we were asked at Reception if that would be ok. The lack of windows meant the room was nice and dark for sleeping and resting. They even allowed us an early check-in so we could start our mini break right away. The Roof terrace has great views and was the perfect place for a glass of wine between our adventures. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The Reception staff went out of their way to be of assistance. My daughter and I had a remarkable stay and would highly recommend this place.
