Our stay at this hotel in Barcelona was truly enjoyable. The entrance caught our attention with its grand wooden doors, which were propped open to reveal a stunning set of metal framed glass doors behind them.

The bed was quite comfortable and the room was a decent size and clean. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. However, we had requested for the hotel to book a taxi for our airport transfer at 9am.

Our stay at this centrally located hotel was truly incredible. Within a two-minute walk from the metro, we were able to easily explore the city. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with warm smiles and offered a complimentary Prosecco or soft drink.

The airpirt lost my lugugae, and The Hotel did everything they couly to help me find my luggage and bring it back to me.

The check in process was not up to our expectations as a titanium bonvoy member. However, after sharing our experience on this platform, a manager named Cesk reached out and invited us to their restaurant as a form of compensation.
